The fascination of cinema by vertical architecture has been repeated in many films since the dawn of this industry until today. Dopo Mezzanotte (After Midnight) is a 2004 film directed by Davide Ferrario Martino whose protagonist is a quiet and recluse young man working as a night watchman at the Museum of Cinema in Turin. The magic of images and sounds intertwine to weave a unique love story to three bands.
The Vertical plane Cinema cycle is coordinated by Fernando Lara, journalist and film writer and former director of the International Film Festival of Valladolid. The films are screened in original version with subtitles.
