The musicologist Francesc Vicens analyses in this book how in the sixties Mallorca connected with the Anglo-Saxon culture of the time from the arrival of tourism to the island. Paradise of love or l'illa imaginada contains a timeline that goes from 1964 to late 1970, with all the groups and discography of those years, more than two hundred images and a CD with popular songs of the period.
Following the presentation of the book by the author, a performance of the group los Pops, a Mallorcan quintet with a short but eventful career, with three Ep's released in 1967.
