On the occasion of the festival of Sant Sebastià, the San Carlos Museum performs an open day full of activities. In the moat of the fortress, there will be an exercise of muzzle loading rifle shooting from 1808. The more daring public may practice, after having been instructed in safety standards.
The company medieval Podenco Blanco will carry out an exhibition of historical fencing and swords and shields rolls, accompanied by an exhibit of materials. At noon, the exhibition of Mallorcan painter Catherine Gelabert Niell will be inaugurated.
Children that wish may make a pony ride around the fortress and everybody can participate in a torrada. These last two activities are with a cost.
