The Plaça de s'Abeurador in Santanyí hosts the Fira i Mostra de l'Ensaïmada i Artesania, a day dedicated to the most typical product of Mallorca. Ovens from different towns, and from the municipality of Santanyí, will have exhibitors to show their creations.
There will be live demonstrations of ensaimada making, and tasting of a giant ensaimada prepared especially for the occasion. Also entertainment and activities for the whole family, with musical performances and a brass band that will tour the streets of the center.
