This fair, which is held every year on the last Sunday in April, is of an agricultural, livestock, craft, industrial and ecological character. Throughout the day there are exhibits and tasting of products from Balearics, exhibitions of agricultural machinery and poultry and game, exhibits of animals of local breed and sheep from Santa Maria.
It also includes an Alternative Fair, which this year is complemented by a Sustainable Fair dedicated to the sectors of renewable energy, green building and sustainable transport.
