The group Art Vocal Ensemble offers this concert of ensaladas, a polyphonic musical genre in which different ingredients are mixed in the same composition. The first to perfect the ensaladas was Mateo Flecha el Viejo, compiled and published in Prague in 1581 by his nephew Mateo Flecha el Joven.
This concert, directed by L. Gelabert and with Sabela Oliver as narrator, includes songs that tell stories with simple language and, mostly, around Christmas.
