Alvaro Vargas, cultural programmer at the Universidad Complutense of Madrid and director of Space B, dedicated to the promotion and sale of contemporary art, and the Emerging Art Fair Art Fair Room, teaches this course dedicated to the development of cultural projects.
It teaches how to develop an idea and turn it into a document containing all aspects of potential interest to public or private institutions committed to implement the project.
