This suggestive title inspires this course taught by Mauricio Wiesenthal, author of, among others, El gran diccionario del vino. (the great dictionary of wine). He will introduce us to the fascinating world of scents and colors, history and myths, the pleasure of tasting and everything that has to do with the ancient and Mediterranean culture of wine. Wiesenthal offers a different course on wine, full of aphorisms, and which is not aimed at those who "argue about the monarchy and only drink large reserve 'or who' love overcooked meat and complain about the taste of toasted oak '. Attached is the program of the course.
