The Cicle de les Muses 2022, organized by the Museu d'Història de Manacor, begins with Clio, the muse of history, and the conference El jaciment d'Oxirrinc. D'Ossiris a Sant Filoxé, by the restorers Bernat Burgaya and Margalida Munar.
Both are part of the team that has participated in the archaeological excavation of the Oxyrhynchus (El-Bahnasa) site, the city of Osiris in Egypt, where last year they discovered a sealed burial from the 26th Dynasty, also called Saite, which took place between the 664 to 525 B.C.
The conference is held in the open air at the back of the Ferris wheel of the Museu de Història de Manacor.
