‘Bodas de sangre’, by García Lorca

The Zaragoza company Teatro del Temple stages Bodas de sangre written in 1932 based on a real episode that took place in Almería in 1928.

Federico García Lorca, admired by how life brings us new dramas in an unexpected way, weaves a work where the passions that make us human come together, from love to suffering, revenge, fear and hate. The result is an overwhelming tragedy that gives shape to a Lorca idea: you have to see the bones and the blood of his characters.
