The Chapel of the Centre Cultural La Misericordia welcomes the new edition of the Setmana del Llibre en Català (Catalan Book Week) organized by the Booksellers Guild and the Consell de Mallorca, which this year pays tribute to Ramon Llull. It starts Friday, February 27th with the opening by Àngel Llonovoy.
In this edition, when it celebrates a quarter century of existance, will be participating a total of eight book shops that will show their latest novelties and editions in la Capilla. Moreover, in an adjacent room arge number of activities will be organized throughout the ten-day fair, from talk shows to book presentations, workshops, storytelling, poetry readings or Verses Vermouth initiative.
