Portol and Sa Cabaneta, in the municipality of Marratxi, have a big ceramic tradition, which since 1984 is reflected every year in this fair fang (mud). It is held on the esplanade of Verònica de Sant Marçal, where some fifty handcraft stands from the Balearics and mainland are set up.
There are live demonstrations in which craftsmen show how to work different kinds of pottery. It’s accompanied by a program with a great variety of activities.
