The Fishermen's Association of Cala Ratjada (Capdepera) organize this culinary fair dedicated to the lampuga, a blue fish that’s very typical in Majorcan cuisine and which is caught in the fall. In it, about 20 bars, restaurants and hotels in the area prepare dishes with this fish as their main ingredient.
