In the Balearic Islands, the glosa is a kind of popular, oral and rhymed composition, usually improvised at the same time it is declaimed. When two or more glosadors are faced in combat it is called gloses de picat, an exhibition in which dramatization and expressiveness of the combatants is of utmost importance.
The Associació de glosadors de Mallorca organizes this bout of glosat de picat in which participate glosadors of Mallorca ((Mateu Mates 'Xurí', Blai Salom and Antoni Viver 'Mostel') and Menorca (Xavier Triai, Joan Moll and Sergi Vinent). Guitar: Ismael Moll.
