The City Council of Pollença organizes this course entitled Els altres pollencins. Una història de les minories . It is dedicated to the analysis of ethnic, religious and cultural groups that have become a minority in the context of a majority of Christian Catalan throughout history.
Celebrated from February 8 to March 23, with classes on Fridays and Saturdays, in the Centre Cultural Guillem Cifre de Colonya de Pollença. Except the last day, when the activity takes place in Palma and includes a guided tour of the Jewish Quarter of the city.
It is coordinated by Pere Salas Vives and in the presentations will be involved doctors and professors of art history, researchers, anthropologists, architects and other experts.
