The Mostra gastronòmica de s'Anguila is traditionally included in the program of the Festes de Sant Antoni in Sa Pobla. 10 establishments of the town participate in it, each place offers tasty recipes based on the eel, a very characteristic fish from the close by Natural Park of S’Albufera.
The XIII Mostra gastronòmica de l'Anguila is held from January 7 to 19 and the following bars and restaurants participate in it: Esportiu Mel de Bea, E-Cosi Brases, Capritxo Nostro, bar Rapinya, Bar des Tren, Bar sa Placeta, Bar Casa Miss, Sa Sini, Boet Gastrobar and Poliesportiu sa Pobla.
