October and November are the months when mycologists go to the woods to look for esclata-sangs (chanterelles), an essential ingredient in the autumn kitchen of Mallorca. This fair is dedicated to the precious fungus with various activities such as exhibitions of mycology, painting and sculpture. Also celebrates a culinary day, where restaurants and bars offer delicious dishes made with esclata-sangs.
