Sweets and their derivatives are the stars of this show which is held in Esporles since 2005, to the delight of the sweetest toothed palates. With such traditional products as crespells, a Jewish dry pasta, which nowadays is made in the shapes of stars, flowers or round.
There are also craft stalls, exhibitions, contests, gluten-free candy workshops for celiac and a solidary market to benefit NGOs.
