The Casal Can Pere Ignasi hosts this exhibition which explains the role of the queens and women with dynastic rights in Mallorca during the thirteenth and fourteenth centuries. A comprehensive account of women in which appear names as Esclarmonde de Foix, who was queen of full right and participated in the affairs of state, or Isabel de Mallorca, who never managed to be so in spite of her demands.
The exhibition includes vintage items, books and manuscripts that speak on the subject and recreates a typical female stay. From these women Elisenda Gelabert Pipio created an idealized image of each of them.
