It is the twelfth edition of this fair dedicated to lovers of viticulture. Held since 2004 and is organized by the City of Pollença and Associació Vi Primitiu (Primitive Wine Association), they borrow name of the poet and chronicler of the city Miquel Bota Totxo.
In this edition a total of 36 wineries and cellars of Mallorca participate. They are: Bodegas Munar, Vins Nadal, Sebastià Pastor, Son Sureda Ric, Castell Miquel, José Luis Ferrer, Canyelles i Batle, Jaume de Puntiró, Son Ramon, Ca’n Picó, Bodegas Bordoy, Ca’n Vidalet, Ca'n Verdura, Mesquida Mora, Conde de Suyrot, Galmés i Ferrer, Ca Sa Padrina, Vid’Auba, Miquel Oliver, Vinya Taujana, Son Prim, Can Ramis, Can Majoral, Miquel Gelabert, Pere Seda, Celler Son Vives, Mortitx, Butxet, Binigrau, Son Bordils, Antonio Nadal, Can Coleto, Can Feliu, Son Campaner, Ana Vins and Bodegas Ángel.
The stands are put up in the cloister of the Santo Domingo Convent, which transforms into the best display of wine products of the Balearics and the broadest variety of wine tasting.
