Celebrated since 2004 and organized by the Town Hall of Pollença and the Asociación Vino Primitivo (Primitive Wine Association). With the involvement of wineries from Mallorca, Menorca and Ibiza and about 40 wine growers. The stands are put up in the cloister of the Santo Domingo Convent, which transforms into the best display of wine products of the Balearics and the broadest variety of wine tasting.
