This contest is celebrated within the program Nits d'estiu Binissalem (Summer Nights in Binissalem) and is organized by the magazine Arròs amb Salseta , this year it will be presented by singer Llorenç Santamaria. In it can participate a total of 16 young people up to age 35, who have to perform a song that is original and unpublished, in Catalan and only accompanied by acoustic or Spanish guitar.
At the end of the performances the jury will get together to choose the winners. There will be four awards with the following prizes: 1st: $ 300; 2n: 200 euros, 3rd: $ 100; 4rt: dinner for two.
