The program Sons de Nit 2021 organizes these activist vermouths in Can Balaguer that consist of a talk on the subject to be discussed and a second part with the aperitif accompanied by a music concert by Clara Ingold.
Vermouth # 3.21 is entitled L'oceà: vida, oxigen, inspiració. As guests, Save The Med, an NGO based in Mallorca dedicated to the marine regeneration of the Mediterranean, and the Palma Aquarium Foundation.
