'Verding'

This production of Diabolus in Música and Teatre Principal de Palma is a tribute to the Italian composer Giuseppe Verdi (1813-1901) through his music. Verding is a Verdi meta-opera, an opera within an opera.

The relationship between the soprano, the tenor and the baritone will take different paths and, since they can never agree, it will be the audience who will choose which path the story will follow. The musical pieces will be wrapped in an audiovisual creation with a 21st century aesthetic.

Verding is played by Antoni Lliteres (tenor), Pablo López (baritone), Maia Planas (soprano), David Mohedano (pianist and musical director) and Lucía Sanchez Cervera (actress).
