Sa Congregació celebrates International Jazz Day (April 30) with this Swing concert that will review the great successes of composers such as Gershwin, Prima, Mancini or Glenn Miller, among others.
It will be a didactic concert where the origins of swing will be explained, a style of jazz that emerged in the United States in the late 1920s.
Directed by Pep Alarcón, it will be performed by pianist Valentín Moldovan, The Youngest Big Band and soprano Marta Colom.
