This musical trio pioneered the internationalization of Latin music, specifically the bolero. It was created in 1944 in New York by the Mexicans Alfredo Bojalil Gil and José de Jesús Navarro Moreno and Puerto Rican Herminio Aviles Negron.
Over six decades they have left a legacy of more than a thousand songs, making them ambassadors of the romantic song. Themes like Hija de la mala vida, Basura, No te vayas sin mí and Si tú me dices ven, among others.
In 1981 Alfredo Bojalil Gil left the group and was replaced by Gabriel Vargas, since adopting the name of Trio Los Panchos. In this concert they will do a review of the history of this famous musical group.
