'Tirant'

Paula Llorens adapts the text of Tirant lo Blanc - "the best book in the world" in the words of Don Quijote - in this co-production of the Institut Valencià de Cultura and the National Classical Theater Company directed by Eva Zapico.

Written by Joanot Martorell,Tirant lo Blanc is the top work of the Valencian Golden Age and one of the most important in universal literature. The play begins with the narration of the adventures of Guillem de Vàroic, who instructs Tirant in the rules of cavalry.

Tirant is performed by Maribel Bayona, Kike Gasu, Sergio Ibáñez, Antonio Lafuente, Mar Mandli, Raquel Piera, Lucía Poveda and Ramon Ródenas.
