Theatre Marathon

The Teatre del Mar celebrates its twenty years of existence with this initiative that was launched in 2010 and now under the banner La cultura no es un lujo, queremos teatro y queremos 20 años más de Teatre del Mar (Culture is not a luxury, we want theater and 20 more years of Teatre del Mar).

It consists of twelve hours without interruption, from noon until midnight, of activities to vindicate the importance of culture in society, at a time in which it is being discredited by public administrations in such an alarming way.

Activities include concerts, workshops and children's performances, dramatic readings, plays and, among other things, the reading of a manifesto in defense of culture and all its manifestations.
