Can Monroig , in collaboration with the Quebec government office in Barcelona, participates in The shortest day, a cinematic event held simultaneously in a dozen countries.
Throughout the day will be projected high-level internationally awarded short movies with the aim to promote, dignify, spread and reclaim the role of the short film in the field of the audio visual industry and bring it closer to the public.
In Can Monroig the following short films will be screened: Fly (David Uloth), The man who lived on his bike (Guillaume Blanchet), Rossignols en décembre (Theodore Ushev), Free Jafar (Georges Schwizgebel), Le futur proche (Sophie Goyette), First words (Fabien Melanson), A girl named Elastika (Guillaume Blanchet), Custos (Jean-Marc Roy), Toasteur (Michael Lalancette), Attack of the Brainsucker (Sid Zanforlin) and Ondek (Louis-Martin Charest).
All films are screened in original version subtitled in Catalan.
