'The salt of the Earth'

Photographer Sebastiao Salgado has traveled to more than a hundred countries to carry out his photographic projects. This journey of forty years has been reflected in the documentary by Wim Wenders and Julian Ribiero Salgado (son of the photographer), who accompanied him on some of his last trips where nature in its original state is the protagonist.

The vastness of the world, the beauty of the scenery and wildlife that inhabit it and the admiration of societies living in harmony fascinate both the photographer as the directors. The salt of the Earth teaches us the origin and motives of Genesis through the photographer's eye. It is projected in original version in English with Spanish subtitles.
