A group of thirteen experienced musicians and visual arts professionals from Menorca, with singer Shanti Gordi front, united in 2013 to pay tribute to Pink Floyd on the fortieth anniversary of the publication of their landmark album The Dark Side of the Moon.
The British band, led by bassist and vocalist Roger Waters, began to reign in the London underground scene in the late sixties to the seventies to become one of the most famous formations worldwide. It was dissolved in 1996, with fourteen studio albums under its belt and leaving titles to rock history as The Wall, Animals and the aforementioned.
The Other Side returns to the stage with Shine On Tour 2015, a show with which the band commemorates the 40th anniversary edition of one of the most iconic albums of Pink Floyd, Wish You Were Here.
Form the group: Shanti Gordi (vocals and keyboards), Peter S. Tuomala (vocals and guitar), Simo Bosch (lead guitar), Toni Genestar (drums), Wis Gener (bass), Litus Arguimbau (sax), Clara Gorrias (vocals) and Eva Pons (vocals).
