The Original Blues Brothers Band

The legendary blues, soul and rhythm & blues band visits Mallorca for the first time and is doing so by the the Jazz Voyeur Festival, in its eleventh edition. The Blues Brothers Band was founded in 1978 by actors Dan Aykroyd and John Belushi and today, forty years later, is still more active than ever.

After the success of their films The Blues Brothers and Blues Brothers 2000, as well as their triple platinum album Briefcase Full of Blues, the band became world famous.

Since 1998, The Original Blues Brother Band, which continues to count in its formation with several of his original musicians such as guitarist Steve Cropper or saxophonist Lou Marini, leads the best Jazz, Blues & Rock festivals in the world.
