Following the success of last season, chef Andreu Genestra and his team are back with this cooking class as part of the training offered to adults of the Obra Social Sa Nostra in the 2015-2016 course. Genestra, who mounted a year ago the restaurant Aromata in the Centre de Cultura Sa Nostra, aims to bring forward with these courses his experience and technical recipes which can be practiced at home without difficulty.
These cooking classes are a meeting point to learn culinary techniques applied in professional kitchens, experience a great mix of flavors and, above all, to interact with the presenter and audience.
Along with the course there will be a small tasting as well as a collection of recipes to have them all well recorded at the end of the course.
The activity will be divided into two modules where pastry techniques, nutrition, kitchen product, haute cuisine and traditional cuisine will be explained:
Module I: October 19, 16 and November 30 and December 14, 2015
Module II: January 25, 1, 15 and 29 February 2016
