The closing party of Mallorca Rocks 2013 will feature one of the most respected bands of indie rock in England. The Courteeners was created in Greater Manchester County in 2006 by Liam Fray (guitar and vocals), Michael Campbell (drums and vocals), Daniel Conan Moores (Guitar) and Mark Cuppello (low).
Since then they have released three albums, which have reached the top spot on the charts in the UK. The latter is Anna (2013), now presented in Mallorca Rocks this summer after passing the Benicàssim International Festival (FIB). According to critics, the band has all the ingredients to be the successor to Oasis.
