The cycle Nocturns al Pati presents this band made up of the young Irish brothers Séamus and Mícheál Barceló together with their father, the Mallorcan Miquel Barceló. Their repertoire is a handful of songs filled with sincerity and instrumental virtuosity, improvised dance moves, and an infectious joie de vivre.
Born and raised in the West of Ireland, the brothers have ventured into playing an immense variety of instruments and musical styles, until one day they fell in love with the mestizo sounds of the diatonic accordion of the Afro-Americans and Creoles of Louisiana and Texas.
From then on they created an explosive mix of traditional and modern sounds of music called Zydeco, fused with R&B, Soul, Funk and Reggaer.
