Sunflowers

After 10 years the comeback on stage of the Mallorcan group Sunflowers with the original members except for Chico Andreu, who has been replaced by Guiche Borrás (member of The Weels).

The band was one of the most renowned of pop music of the 80s and 90s with works like Inside Out  (1998) and such iconic songs as Some People and Bubbles. They had a resounding national and also international success with concerts in Los Angeles, San Francisco and New Orleans. After the album Home work they began to fade until disappearing from the music scene.

Now these veterans of the local scene reappear in the Theater of Lloseta. Performing will be Mané Capilla, Rafa Rigo, Guiche Borrás and Adela Peraita.

Juanjo Tomás, accompanied by Xesca Comas, willperform as the opening act with his new project, Sofa, this duo just recorded their debut album Frio Sideral, an acoustic work in which influences are appreciate of classics like Neil Young, The Beatles and the Byrds and other more recent bands.
