'Stratching Goldberg'

Piano recital by Tomeu Moll-Mas, a Mallorcan pianist who in recent years is having strong presence in the more specialized national circuit, both as a soloist or as part of the Ensemble Espai Sonor and the duo Alter Face.

In 2014 he added to his repertoire the famous Goldberg Variations  by Johann Sebastian Bach, in its complete version for piano (the German Baroque composer created this work in 1741, when he was cantor at the Church of St. Thomas of Leipzip).

Now he interprets  this 'per-version' manipulated by contemporary composers. A combination of piano theater and sound art, featuring  piano, drumsticks, balloons ... and a lot of improvisation.
