The Institut Mallorquí de Ciències de l'Espai organizes a day of activities related to the winter solstice in the Castell de Bellver.
Program:
10:30 h: Water rocket workshop (Introduction to astronomy)
From 12 a.m. to 2 p.m.: Solar observation park
From 11am to 4pm and 4pm to 6pm: Mobile Planetarium
From 6 pm to 8 pm: Astronomy course: Winter Solstice
From 20 to 21:30 h: Night observation of the sky with telescope.
Workshops: € 20
Climb up to the terraces to see Palma from above: bay, bell tower, flying buttresses and rose window (guided tours in shifts)
