This German band is a legend in the world of thrash metal. It was created in the early eighties under the leadership of Tom Angelripper (bass and vocals), the only one that maintains from the original lineup. Currently he’s accompanied by Bernemann Kost (guitar) and Markus "Makka" Freiwald (drums).
In the eighties they published gems like Obsessed by Cruelty or Agent Orange and in the nineties were dedicated to experimentation in death metal, but soon returned to their thrash roots.
Sodom reaches Es Gremi after performing at the Festival Sweden Rock and before doing so at Hontoria Metal Fest in Burgos.
