One of the complementary activities of the Mallorca Jazz Sa Pobla festival is a photo exhibition, which is usually held in Es Cavallets. But this year Covid 19 makes everything different and the exhibition is virtual, through the festival's Facebook. It is titled Sing Sing Sing (With a Swing), like the Louis Prima song recorded for the first time in 1936.
The photographs of singers shown in this virtual exhibition have been taken by photographers who are friends of the festival throughout its 26 editions. Like Guillermo de la Fuente, with his black and white photographs of the Portuguese Maria Joao (in 2003); Joana Crespí Soler with her photographs of Serbian singer and guitarist Ana Popovic (2007); or José Luis Luna and his photograph of the American jazz singer Dee Dee Bridgewater (in 2009).
