Palma City Council is organising Jazz per Nadal, a series of free concerts held on Sundays in December. The third concert will be given by Sinéad Cormican Swing Sextet, a sextet that pays tribute to the golden age of swing, when rhythm, elegance and partying went hand in hand.
We will be able to listen to melodies that will remind us of versions of Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Anita O'Day, Louis Armstrong, Louis Prima, etc.
Sinéad Cormican Swing Sextet is made up of:
Sinéad Cormican - vocals
Tomeu Garcias - trombone
Miguel Ángel Rigo - tenor saxophone
Jaume Riera - piano
Joan Garcias - double bass
Josep Servera - drums
