They worked together for the first time in 2005 and again on November 11 (2012), an intimate album that Silvia Pérez Cruz wrote after the death of her father. An album that has proved a commercial success getting published in France this summer.
Now, Silvia Pérez Cruz and Raul Fernandez Miró experiment their own language on the first album they sign together. Interestingly, it is the first time that the musician uses his two last names, as in the recordings he uses aka Refree and in the productions Raul Fernandez.
The new work is entitled Granada and an eclectic selection of fifteen versions of authors such as Robert Schumann, Albert Pla, Violeta Parra, Lluís Llach or Edith Piaf, among others. It also includes a completely improvised theme, El cant dels ocells.
