Vilafranca celebrates World Book Day with a week of activities related to books and reading. The program includes readings of stories and books, workshops, music concerts, the II Rock'n'Book, exhibitions of books and library materials, puppet theater with El Drac i la princesa ( the dragon and the princess) or the poetic-musical recital by AlliberART.
Other planned activities include a book market and a charity market, held on Sunday April 28 at the Plaza Tomeu Penya in which five libraries and publishers of Mallorca participate.
