This is the second one of four autumn fairs celebrated in Llucmajor until the middle of October. They are of the most important of Mallorca and also of the most ancient, since they date back from the year 1546. It is dedicated to the master craftsmen of the Balearic Islands, with the III fair del Mercaders set in tradicional Mallorcan times.
The activities include; exhibitions of paintings and photography, a sample of ball de bot and popular dance and, between other acts, a Trobada de Gegants (Meeting of giants).
