It is one of the most populated festivities of all those held in Palma, with its parade of carriages and processions filling the city center with color and rhythm. It start at the Rambla to continue down Calle Riera, Calle Union , Plaza Joan Carles I and ending at Avenida Jaume III.
A new feature this year is the concentration of classic cars, which will be the largest in the history of Mallorca with the participation of over two hundred cars of all ages and origins. They will gather at nine o'clock in the sports center Son Moix and they will be touring through Palma until they end up at Avenida Jaume III, with an exhibition from 11:00 to 14:00 hours.
In the afternoon will be celebrated the parade of carriages and lively processions, which ends with a great Fiesta de Carnaval in the Plaza Joan Carles I where the winners of the contest will be announced. The musical note will be put by the performance of Without Strings, a quartet of funky, pop, rock, blues that will convert the Plaza de las Tortugas, as it is popularly known, in a dance floor.
