The great celebration of Carnaval in Palma is 'Sa Rua', a massive parade of carriages and bands through the main streets of the city. This year's schedule is as follows: La Rambla, calle de la Riera, calle Unió, Plaça del Rei Joan Carles I, Avenida Jaume III and the Passeig de Mallorca.
At the end of the parade will be held the awards ceremony on a stage erected in the Plaza Joan Carles I.
