Maria de los Angeles Rozalén Ortuño performed her first concert as a singer with only 16 years. In 2011 she settled in the Madrid district of Lavapies and became a teacher of music therapy, where she met producer Ismael Guijarro who offered her to record an album that would later be published by Sony Music.
In 2015, Rozalén was chosen to give voice to the soundtrack of Perdiendo el Norte (Losing the North), film directed by Nacho G. Velilla.
