The artist Roger Mas is considered one of the most prominent pianists of his generation, besides being a prolific composer. On his new album, The Call From the Past, he meets his teammates Tom Warburton and Marc Ayza, ten years after working together in the trio led by percussionist Marc Ayza. After a few years of silence, it is Roger Mas himself who assumes the leadership of the group.
The trio has the special collaboration of singer Laia Cagigal, who brings her wonderful voice to four of the compositions of this work, the perfect complement to an album that confirms the great trajectory of this trio.
