The Polish pianist Aleksandra Świgut will offer a recital dedicated entirely to Fryderyk Chopin, performed on a historic Pleyel piano from 1851.
The concert will take place on Sunday, March 1, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., on the occasion of the anniversary of Chopin's birth, in an environment as emblematic as the Valldemossa Charterhouse, closely linked to the figure of the composer and George Sand.
An exceptional recital within the XVII Pianino Festival 2026, which will allow you to listen to some of Chopin's most representative works with historical criteria and a top-level interpretation.

Polish pianist, graduate and professor of the Fryderyk Chopin Musical University in Warsaw. Second prizewinner and recipient of multiple special prizes at the 17th Edward Grieg International Competition in Bergen (2022), including the Audience Prize and the Orchestra Prize.
Winner of the I International Chopin Competition for Period Instruments (Warsaw, 2018), she is an outstanding performer on both historical and modern instruments. He has performed as a soloist with numerous international orchestras and at leading festivals in Europe.
In 2023 she received the prestigious Velotalent Prize, and in 2025 she was nominated for the Corypheus Prize, the highest recognition of classical music in Poland.
