'Punta's', of the CND

La Compañía Nacional de Danza (The National Dance Company) presents this show where the thread is a historically linked element to classical dance, pointe shoes, shown in very different registers and styles.

Under the artistic direction of José Carlos Martínez, the program consists of Who Cares? concert version (George Balanchine / George Gershwin, arranged by Hershy Kay), Three Preludes  (Ben Stevenson / Sergei Rachmaninov, Herman Schmerman, William Forsythe / Thom Willems), Delibes Suite (José Carlos Martínez) and Sonatas (José Carlos Martínez / Domenico Scarlatti and Antonio Soler, Alfredo Aracil adaptation).
